From Bill & Noel Hagens, our field trip chairpersons:

Krystal Kyer, the Tahoma Audubon Executive Director, had a visit from Duane Hatch, the President of the Tacoma Rifle and Revolver Club in University Place near the Chambers Bay properties. He is also an Audubon member. He is interested in having either a field trip or a birder come out and survey the property, which has about 70 acres of forested area with some primitive trails behind their range. Bill would like to pursue this idea and wonders if one of you might be interested in meeting Duane and Bill to survey the area initially and possibly lead a field trip out there sometime. Thanks!
